The Cancer Wellness House has been a Salt Lake City community staple for over 20 years. We provide free to low cost therapeutic services for those enduring cancer, and their families. Throughout that time we’ve acquired an orchard, a few homes converted into therapeutic spaces, and plenty of garden space! If you love to plant, weed, mulch, spread compost or water, you’re in luck! We need your help!

If you plan on joining us, please:

  • Wear closed toed shoes
  • Know that ALL ages & abilities are welcome
  • Bring sunscreen, hat, water & snacks
  • Wear clothes that can get dirty
  • Join us for complimentary yoga from 9-10am!

October Women’s Full Moon Dance

We Rise and Fall Together

We Rise and Fall Together

WHEN: Saturday, October 20, 2018

7pm Open warm up

7:30pm Opening circle & light guided movement

7:30-9:30 Dance, dance, dance

ABOUT:

So often our lives expect high levels of energy, focus, effort, intensity or attention

…and

The tide is not always high.
The moon is not always full.
We cannot hold our breath full forever.

The leaves must fall.

Our October dance is about being present with the exhale and inhale and everything in between. The expression of individual rhythms is what brings harmony and balance to our world.
